We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be a bit tricky, especially when trying to match colours to your decor. We are pleased to offer you a hassle free returns process.
If for any reason you receive an item that you did not expect in size, colour or is defective in some way, please contact us by email immediately so that we can begin to sort it out for you. More often than not, it's a simple process that will result in either a refund for you or another product being sent out straight away.
We will happily accept returns for exchange or refund within 60 days or the original purchase. All packaging must be in tact and tags attached. If we don't receive the packaging back, we are unable to resell it, so please do your best to return that too.
On receipt of your returned item, you will be given either a refund or exchange.
In accordance with our responsibilities of fair trading, we are unable to refund or exchange the following items;
- Any item of clothing that has been worn or the tags and / or packaging damaged beyond resale.
- Any item that has been used.
- Any item after 60 days without prior written communication.
Change of mind returns
It's human to change your mind and we are happy to accept returns if the product is in new and saleable condition and returned within 60 days of shipping date.
If your exchange or refund is due to a change of mind or incorrect choice made during checkout, then all postage charges will apply.
